Carbon dioxide storage tank

Carbon dioxide exists in liquid form when the temperature is below 31 degrees Celsius or the pressure is greater than 7.35MPa. However, it begins to vaporize when the temperature exceeds 31 degrees Celsius, and the pressure also keeps changing with the variation of temperature. Taking advantage of this feature, liquid carbon dioxide is filled in the main pipe of the crack generator. The rapid excitation heating device of the crack generator is used. The liquid carbon dioxide instantly vaporizes and expands, generating high pressure. The volume expands by more than 600 to 800 times. When the pressure reaches the ultimate strength, the high-pressure gas breaks through and is released, acting on the rock mass and ore body, thereby achieving the purpose of expansion and cracking. It overcomes the shortcomings of previous explosive blasting mining, such as high destructive power and high danger in pre-cracking, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe mining and pre-cracking of mines and rocks. It can be widely applied in many industries such as mining, cement, and quarrying. Meanwhile, the rapidly released carbon dioxide gas during the cracking process of the carbon dioxide fracturing device has a cooling effect. Moreover, carbon dioxide is an inert gas, which can completely prevent related accidents caused by open flames from blasting.

The second-generation carbon dioxide fracturing device is a new type of fracturing equipment independently developed by our company. Compared with the first-generation carbon dioxide fracturing device, our company's product saves more manpower, material resources and costs, and is at the leading level among domestic carbon dioxide fracturing device equipment.

Scope of application

The application scope of carbon dioxide fracturing devices is very wide. Currently, the main application scope is

Unlike traditional explosives, carbon dioxide fracturing devices do not produce shock waves, open flames, heat sources, or various toxic and harmful gases resulting from chemical reactions. Applications have proved that the carbon dioxide fracturing device, as a physical fracturing equipment, has no negative effects at all and has high safety performance.

The thermal reaction process takes place in the inner cavity of a closed tube, causing cracking at low temperatures. The CO₂ ejected has the functions of suppressing explosions and flame retardancy, and will not ignite flammable gases.

It can both achieve directional cracking and delay control. Especially in special environments (such as residential areas, tunnels, subways, underground, etc.), during the implementation process, there is little vibration, no destructive vibration or shock wave, and no destructive impact on the surrounding environment.

Neither vibration nor impact can stimulate the heating device, so the filling, transportation and storage have relatively high safety. Moreover, the injection of liquid carbon dioxide only takes 1 to 3 minutes, and the cracking process is completed in just 4 milliseconds. During the implementation, there is no mute cannon and no cannon inspection is required.

There is no need for a pyrotechnic depot. It is easy to manage, operate and learn, requires few operators, and does not need professional personnel to be on duty.

The cracking ability is controllable, and the energy level is set according to different usage environments and objects.

When cracking, there is no dust or flying stones, no toxic or harmful gases are produced, the distance to avoid the blasting is short, and it can quickly return to the working face for continuous operation.

In stone mining, the texture structure is not damaged, and the yield and efficiency are relatively high.
